郭克悌，男，孟津区人，国立第五中山大学毕业，电力专家，普渡大学电机工程学硕士，曾任华北电业公司北平分公司经理、东北电力总局局长、台湾工矿公司董事长、总经理、台湾中原大学首任校长、台湾红十字会副会长、台湾大学教授等。
