稻叶正休（1640-1684.10.7），日本江户时代前期大名。美浓国青野藩主。旗本稻叶正吉长子。

1656年父亲去世后继承遗领5000石。

1674年任小姓组番头，后任石见守。

1677年任书院番头。

1682年任若年寄。增加俸禄至1万2千石。

1684年稻叶家受改易处分，去世后享年45岁。
