内湿，病证名。由脾肾阳虚，运化水液功能障碍引起体内水湿停滞之证。证见食欲不振、腹胀、腹泻、尿少、面黄、浮肿、舌淡苔润、脉濡缓等。治宜健脾温肾利湿。
