奚世亮（？—1562）字明仲，一字汝寅，黄州黄冈（今属湖北）人。嘉靖二十六年进士。授南京户部主事，榷税以廉洁称。迁延平府同知，率众抵御倭寇入侵，又移摄兴化府，倭寇大至，守城逾月，城陷，力战而死。
