新生儿湿肺又称新生儿暂时性呼吸困难或第Ⅱ型呼吸窘迫综合征，是一种自限性疾病。出生后出现短暂性气促，与新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征及羊水吸入综合征稍相似，但多见于足月儿或足月剖宫产儿，其症状很快消失，预后良好。
