石胜福，重庆市城口县双河乡人。1929年参加创建双河乡农会，后参加苏区游击队。1935年红军撤离城口后，石胜福被国民党政府逮捕。关押期间，石胜福申请出征抗日，参加了中国远征军赴印度、缅甸作战。1946年参加中国人民解放军，同年加入中国共产党。1986年10月病逝。
