雅瑶河是珠江水系潭江的支流，发源于鹤山市观音帐。流经雅瑶区的水沙、那水、雅瑶圩，最后在新会区棠下区汇入天沙河，最终排入潭江。

境内流域面积56.7平方公里，河道长18.73公里。流向由西南至东北，平均坡降2.52‰，多年平均流量1.62立方米每秒，总落差287.9米。
