余西场，海盐产场。场署驻南通市余西余中乡。元置。明清时期隶两淮都转运盐使通州一分司管辖。清乾隆元年(1736)裁余中场并入。咸丰八年(1858)产盐l 994吨。民国元年(1912)因缺产，裁归余东场管理。
