孙亮是一位中国残疾人篮球运动员。在2021年10月27日的中华人民共和国第十一届残疾人运动会暨第八届特殊奥林匹克运动会聋人篮球男子组比赛中，他所在的辽宁队获得了亚军，孙亮个人也因此获得了银牌。
