得名时间：元朝至大六年
得名原因：据元朝至大六年马氏碑文考释：元初，始祖马巨、马桂兄弟二人在此定居立村，因草房 建筑整齐，取名马家齐村。为便于行政自1962年析为前、后两个村委会。
