温邈（762— 836），字顺之，并州祁县（今祁县东南）人。黎国公温大雅六世孙，太常丞温佶次子，礼部尚书温造兄。

李恒、唐文宗太和年间，帝均以拾遗、左补阙官职召其入朝，皆谢绝不应，故时人称其为“温先生”。与弟故礼部尚书温造、故至德令温逊侨居邺郡，复有三虎之号。
