指孢囊菌属（学名：Dactylosporangium）是放线菌目链霉菌科或小单孢菌科的一种细菌，形态为成簇形，具有短孢囊柄。此属的模式种为桔橙指孢囊菌(Dactylosporangium aurantiacum)。

形态特征

指孢囊菌属的基丝细，分枝多少不等，分隔不多。气丝无或雏形、短、无分枝。孢囊在基丝表面直接长出，成簇形，有短孢囊柄。每个孢囊含单一行列的孢子。
