《易氏医案》是一部光绪二十二年出版的古籍，作者是易大艮。

一卷。十八则。作者认为“治病贵先识病性”，故每证必据脉求因，审因辨证，推究传变，定方用药。治法以开郁为先，补益随后，案末附有自制经验方11首。现存清刻本，又本书收入《医林指月》丛书中。
