铁火丼是以鲔鱼为主料的一种食物，口味是甜美。

原料

鱼(生鱼片用) 200公克 　酱油 1/4杯

芥末 1/4杯

海苔丝 1/2杯

制作

1.鲔鱼切片後，浸泡於酱油中，约20分钟後再沥乾备用。

2.准备一人份的白饭，放入大碗中，上面先排入鲔鱼片，再铺上海苔丝，放上芥末，即完成铁火丼。
