周银福，男，汉族，通渭县人，现为甘肃省通渭县第一中学数学老师，大学本科学历，中学数学高级教师。曾经在《西北职教》等学术刊物上发表文章。在《西北职教》2008年第9期上发表《浅议数学课堂教学设疑》文章。
