王家庄村位于新兖镇西部，地属平原，面积648.4亩，人口267人。

村名由来

据明崇祯年间（1628—1644）庙碑记载：此村原名仁和庄。村民给鲁王府放养鹅鸭。因属于“王”府，故后改称王家庄。
