平忠正，平正盛之子，平清盛的叔父，平安后期武将。

平忠正（？～1156），在“保元之乱”中与藤原赖长、源为义等支持崇德上皇，最终被支持后白河天皇的平清盛、源义朝打败，虽投降，仍被斩首。
