王国华，1900年出生，榆林市人。早年留学美国。回国后，历任上海沪江大学商科主任教授、国民政府交通部总务司司长、全国公路总局代局长、物资供应委员会赴美采购团团长、交通部顾问等。

1948年去台湾省。历任台湾航运业公司总经理、高雄港务局局长等。1973年3月12日在台湾死于车祸。
