明代戏曲作家，或云名志选，字慈水，别署天放道人、海日先生，生卒年、生平事迹均不详，四明（今浙江宁波一带）人。

明万历间，尝以建言出部署，后出宰合肥市。一旦挂冠，逍遥山水间。所撰传奇《李丹记》，一名《再来人》，今存于世。
