华伟荣，男，浙江人，1959年12月11日生。14岁学棋，16岁进体校，18岁进上海围棋队。 1982年定为四段，1990年升为七段。中国棋院围棋部干部。著有《围棋腾挪技巧》。1998年9月16日因病去世，享年39岁。
