黏膜是生物体（口腔、器官、胃、肠、尿道等器官里面）中由上皮组织和结缔组织构成的膜状结构。其结缔组织部分被称为固有层，其上皮组织部分被称为上皮，内有血管和神经，能分泌黏液。其作用是作为人体免疫系统的第一道防线。
