盘山路(Panshan Lu)在上海市杨浦区北部。东起中国人民解放军海军军医大学，西至黑山路。长253米，宽14.0米，车行道宽9.0米。民国22年(1933年)筑，因位于“大上海计划”中“市政府”正南面，故名府南路。1958年以辽宁盘山改今名。
