成桄（1883-？ ）泰兴市人，早年为蔡锷部下，在1915年12月，与蔡、唐继尧等人一起通电讨伐袁世凯。后任中国人民解放军训练总监部军学编译处主任编辑，1936年2月4日被中华民国南京政府授予陆军少将。
