刘黎，东晋时期彭城人，教徒（《晋书》称之为妖贼）。

人物生平

在司马曜太元十四年（389年）春正月，刘黎在皇丘自称皇帝，与晋朝对立。后被彭城太守、龙骧将军刘牢之率军讨平刘黎。
