卡尔斯州（Карсская область）是历史上俄罗斯帝国在高加索地区设立的一个行政区划。该州的领土主要是在1877年至1878年的俄土战争后从奥斯曼帝国获得的。1921年，根据《卡尔斯条约》，卡尔斯州的领土被归还给了土耳其。
