王以宁（1567年—？），字祯莆，号咸所，浙江山阴县（今属绍兴市）人。明朝官员。

人物生平

万历二十六年（1598年）进士。万历二十七年（1599年）接替秦尚明，担任南直隶常州府宜兴县知县。建崇文书院，亲自讲学。历官御史，巡按广东省。官至福建布政使司参政。
