王传明，1959年生，山东省阳谷县人。兰州大学中文系毕业，留校任教。甘肃省诗词学会副会长，甘肃省作家协会会员。出版专著一部，参编书籍多种，发表文章多篇。有自印诗词集《说梦录》、《齐西野语》。
