周庆立，教授。祖籍南海区，生于越南谅山。1953年毕业于南京大学化学化工学院。历任南京大学副教授、教授。专于高分子化学，从事有机硅化物及偶联剂研究，主持开发a－－官能闭硅烷偶联剂和研制新型固化体系单包装室温固化硅橡胶获得成果。
