王厚立，浙江杭州人，曾任外交部条约法律司副司长、司长。

人物履历

1948年起，先后入东吴大学法学院、中国人民大学法律系学习。1954年加入中国共产党。1956年赴莫斯科国立大学法律系进修。1958年回国。历任中国人民大学法律系讲师，外交部条约法律司科长、副处长，驻苏联大使馆一等秘书，外交部条约法律司副司长、司长。
