杨符（字信祖），江西新建人，约生活在赵煦元符末前后。

工诗，为江西诗派诗人之一。尝有“吏道官官恶，田家事事贤”句，刘克庄以为唐人得意语。符著有诗集一卷，《文献通考》传於世。
